早泄的诊疗进展

        我们认为应慎用阴茎背神经切断术治疗PE患者，理由如下: (1)手术切断阴茎背神经分支是一个不可逆过程。一旦患者术后出现阴茎感觉障碍，神经无法再生，无法治疗。(2)该术式存在一定的并发症，包括局部疼痛、硬结形成、阴茎远端麻木和射精延迟等。
        总之，PE在人群中的发病率较高，可直接损害男性的自尊心，影响夫妻感情及家庭的稳定和谐，尽管但对于PE的定义至今未获得共识，对PE的机制了解也很少，有待进一步深入对PE发病机制和病理生理改变的基础研究，找到更合适的系统的治疗方案。
