超声引导下细针穿刺在诊断乳腺病变中的应用
3 结论
超声引导下的细针穿刺在对较小的临床检查不能发现的乳腺团块的临床处理上有较大的应用价值。其区分良性和恶性病变的敏感性较高，能帮助减少必要的外科手术，并替代传统上手法定位的细针穿刺。
