阿托伐他汀非延续性治疗对冠心病伴高脂血症病人血脂及内皮功能的影响
总之,冠心病伴高脂血症病人在服用阿托伐他汀治疗后能有效地降低TC和LDL水平,同时改善内皮功能,但在中途停止治疗后,不仅会使阿托伐他汀对血管内皮功能的改善作用完全消失,甚至可能会导致血管内皮功能的进一步损害,这可能成为诱发心血管事件的重要原因。因此,我们在临床上应尽量避免突然停用他汀类药物,而应该给予延续性治疗。
